Our client is a European multinational firm in the Paper & Pulp trading sector. For their Italian office, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer, specializing in the Paper and Pulp sector. This is a position with exceptional growth potential in a dynamic company that is currently expanding its business globally.
Receiving and dealing with client inquiries
Providing quotes according to client specifications
Monitoring, tracking and updating clients on the status of shipments
Entering information into the proprietary databases
Liaising with other international offices and the central Logistics Department to ensure shipments arrive according to customer requirements
Experience in the Paper and Pulp industry in a similar position - experience in a multinational company will be considered a plus
Solid computer skills, including the ability to understand and handle Excel data reports, pivot tables and work with web-integrated workflows
Able to use multiple software platforms simultaneously to produce accurate outputs
Experience communicating verbally and in writing in a professional environment
Evidence of delivering high-quality customer experience in an ever-growing organisation
Very good command of English (official company language)
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
