On behalf of our customer, a European multinational, we are looking for a:

Senior Associate Messaging Specialist Wholesale A2P

​The company

Our client is a technology company that develops business messaging services. Since the position is remote, the candidate's location is irrelevant, but they must currently reside in Europe as it is the main market that the company operates in.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect for potential new clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

  • Find ways to identify and convert new account opportunities for the business.

  • Set up meetings between client’s decision makers and company’s practice Leaders/Principals.

  • Create new SMPP connections through the company''s platform

  • Generate reports in order to determine the profitability of different Gateways

  • Routing adjustments according to customer needs or provider availability upon request from supervisor

  • Regular SMS pricing updates for providers and customers

  • Evaluate, select, monitor of performance and review supplier services

  • Use any appropriate means within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

  • Keep improving the relationship with the company’s key accounts.

  • Plan approaches and pitches and work with the rest of the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.

  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.

  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

  • Delivering and creating new suppliers in order to reduce the costs; and have a successful collaboration with the supplier

  • Evaluate, select, monitor of performance and review supplier services

  • Ensure that the root causes of customer complaints are identified and that corrective action eliminates or reduces the causes of customer complaints.

  • In charge of managing the whole team – evaluate, reward and apply new methods that will assist the team and the company increases its quality and stability

  • Participate in international fairs

  • Report information security events and vulnerabilities to the Information Security Officer.

The ideal candidate

  • At least 3 years proven experience on sales in a telecommunication company

  • Previous experience in SMS trading

  • Fluency in English both written and verbal

  • Experience in CRM software and MS Office tools

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Motivation for Sales & meeting the Team’s goals

  • High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly

  • Customer focus
