Business Development Executive

Our client is a European multinational firm in the Recycling and Paper Trading sector, wishing to enter the Japanese market. We are looking for talented individuals with an interest in sales and business development, and very good communication skills. This is a position with great professional growth potential in a commercial-oriented company. Specialized training and back-office support from European headquarters are offered.
Research and identify new market opportunities
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish communication and set up meetings
Having meetings with clients to promote the company products and services
Collaborating closely with regional headquarters for commercial issues
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
The ideal candidate
Excellent communication skills
Ability to develop relationships with current and potential clients
Experience of at least 3 years in business-to-business sales, ideally in the waste management or recycling industry (plastics, paper, glass, or aluminum)
Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Business or Technical discipline
Very good knowledge of English
Excellent computer skills
